BISP Kafalat Program Online
BISP Kafalat online registration has started now the NSER survey has been restarted. The families who were ineligible earlier can re-register in this program and get the amount. The budget of the Benazir Income Support Support Program has also been increased. If you are not registered or eligible for this program, you can join this program again. The procedure is very simple.
To join the Benazir Kafalat program first visit the Benazir Income Support Program office where a BISP representative will conduct your NSER survey, in which he will take all the information of your family, and NSER will store it in the data. After that, you need to know about your eligibility.
To know your eligibility, you can visit the online portal by clicking on the given form or button about your eligibility. I know you will be given a form to enter your ID card number information thereafter, you will be informed about your eligibility. If eligible, you will get 9 thousand rupees from Benazir Financial assistance will be provided.
Benazir Kafalat Program
The Unconditional Cash Transfer Program, also known as the Benazir Sponsorship Program, was launched in 2008. Since its inception, the UCT Sponsorship Initiative has grown to the point where it is now the largest cash transfer program in the history of Pakistan.
The cash transfer program is a short-term objective of the program to cushion the poor against the impact of slow economic growth on food by providing cash assistance to families. As stated in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), BISP is currently providing cash assistance to nearly 9 lakh families under the Benazir Kafalat program.

Eligibility Criteria
Beneficiaries of the Benazir Kafalat program are identified through the National Socio-Economic Registry NSPR survey. The welfare status of a household is determined on a PMT scale of 0-100. The court decision is made based on the financial space available by the BISP board providing close assistance under the Benazir Kafalat Program to all the families coming to the Tectonics Core 32.
The BISP Board approved the existing Office Core in its 52nd meeting held on December 30, 2019. However, the eligibility for an anti-cut score has been fixed at 37 percent, even with individuals having different backgrounds.

Application Procedure
- Those whose poverty score is less than 30 will be eligible for this program.
- Only a married woman with a valid CNIC and a profile will be cleared
- Those who are eligible will sent a message.
- After receiving the SMS, the beneficiary should visit the nearest Office in their Tehsil.
- And receive your money after biometric verification.
- For redressal of the complaint, those concerned should also register their complaint with the BISP.
BISP Ehsaas Kafalat Program
Benazir Income Support Program and Benazir Sponsorship Program have been relaunched. The objective of this program is to help the near and deserving people and reach out to those who are poor and underprivileged. People have to go through some simple steps to gain awareness of the Ehsaas program and to get involved in the Ehsaas Rashan program.
The Benazir Income Support Program was renamed as Mustaaq Kafalat Program. Benazir Ehsaas Kafalat Program provides stipends as monthly assistance to eligible beneficiaries to meet their basic needs such as food, health care, and education. The sponsorship program traditionally targets women who are considered the primary recipients of financial support
Ineligible Person
Here are some criteria that disqualify you from this program:
- Individuals who pay taxes regularly
- Those persons who hold government jobs are also not eligible
- Also, those persons who work in other countries are not eligible
- Even if you are a person who owns a property or a car, you are not eligible
- These criteria indicate whether you are eligible or not
